Before 2022 ends, PCCI-Iloilo launched the 3rd edition of Christmas Parol of Hope which is one of its flagship programs. In partnership with the Iloilo City Government, over 2,000 parols lit the streets of Iloilo City in time for the celebration of the Yuletide Season.

Handcrafted by the persons deprived of liberty by the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Iloilo, the PCCI-Iloilo’s Christmas Parol of Hope provided them income for their families and sent a message of hope to the Ilonggo community, the project was able to generate a total of P356,000.00 worth of funds in 2022 which was used for the various outreach activities of the Chamber under PCCI-Iloilo Cares.
