As the leading business organization in Iloilo, PCCI-Iloilo spearheaded its first Business-to-Business (B2B) Session in June 2023 under Iloilo Connect to build relationships with other businesses across all industries and sizes. Held as part of the Central Philippines Travel Expo (CPTex) which is one of the biggest tourism expos happened in Iloilo this year with over 2,000 tourism stakeholders including tour operators, hotels, and restaurants, among others to showcase various tourism products and services including festivals, food, and tourism destinations of Regions IV-A, IV-B, V, VI, VII & VIII, Iloilo Connect gathered 150 business owners and company representatives.

With the success of the first Iloilo Connect, two more B2B Sessions followed. The second run was done on July 15, 2023, during the WORLDBEX Trio Event at the Iloilo Convention Center wherein the Philippine Building and Construction Exposition (PHILBEX), Travel and Leisure Expo (TLEX), and Iloilo Food and Beverage Expo (IFBEX) were simultaneously held.
