Under PCCI-Iloilo Academy, a “Barista 101” Training was held in partnership with the Iloilo Coffee Board and the Iloilo Provincial Government on July 11, 2023. The said project aims to help the young ones targeting 70 coffee farming families to become baristas. 

Another PCCI-Iloilo Academy run was held on July 28, 2023, entitled “Filipino Brand of Service Excellence” (FBSE) Training Course in partnership with the Department of Tourism Region VI PCCI-Iloilo Director Mae Panes was the resource speaker and trainer for this workshop with 70 attendees who are frontliners coming from the different industries.
